There will be transportation arranged to and from the wedding venue.There is a block of rooms on hold at Balmer Lawn for a slightly discounted rate. Please contact the hotel and mention “the wedding of Olivia and George” or “Gibbs wedding” to book with the discount. The hotel can only hold the rooms until April 10th, 2025. If you book after this date, you can still get the discount, but there will not be rooms guaranteed on hold.

There is NO room discount or transportation arranged for Macdonald Elmer's Court. Guests will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the venue if staying here. This hotel is approximately a 5 minute drive from Pylewell Park. You can leave your car at the wedding venue and take a taxi back to the hotel if needed.

Fly into London Heathrow
rent a car, or take the train down to Brockenhurst/Lymington
From London by Train
Take Southwest train from London Waterloo to Brockenhurst (Stop here if you are staying in Brockenhurst). If staying in Lymington, change onto Southwest train service to Lymington Pier (IOW Ferry Terminal).
Journey time: approx. 1.5-2 hours
From London by Car
Take M3 heading West out of London. At end of M3 join M27 West signed Southampton Docks. Exit M27 at junction 1 (Cadnam) and join A337 heading south, signed Lyndhurst. Continue through Lyndhurst on A337 to Brockenhurst (stop here if staying in Brockenhurst). If staying in Lymington, stay on A337 to Lymington.
Driving to the wedding venue: On A337 to Lymington, At first roundabout continue straight (2nd exit) to second roundabout and turn left (1st exit) onto Marsh Lane. At first mini roundabout, continue straight to second mini roundabout and turn left (1st exit) onto Bridge Road (B3054).
Continue over Lymington River and turn right onto Undershore Road (signed IOW Ferry Terminal). Pass IOW Ferry Terminal to the right and continue straight onto South Baddesley Road. After approx 1.5 miles, on reaching South Baddesley turn right onto Pylewell Park drive opposite village hall marked with white posts. Pylewell House is situated at the end of the drive to the right.
There is plenty of parking space at PylewelL. You are welcome to leave cars overnight and collect by midday the day after the wedding.
